Terms of Use Agreement

The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions as set out below. Your use of this site and placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Pricing and Availability

At My RV Parts we try and ensure that all details and prices which appear on this website are accurate. Errors however may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Processing your order

At My RV Parts we will process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. From this point your order will be logged with Australia Post for delivery or you will be notified of any delays relating to unavailability of stock.  

Tracking your order

When your online purchase has been processed, you will receive an email containing confirmation details pertaining to your purchase and delivery particulars. You will be provided with a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery at any time.

Delivery Method/Postage

Within Australia we send our orders via registered post with Australia Post. Postage and handling is a $10 flat fee allocated automatically during checkout, and displayed after you have provided us with information on where you want your order sent.

The normal delivery time for registered postage items is 5 to 7 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on location, availability of the item and the size of the product. Delivery times provided by My RV parts are an estimate only.

Faulty Items and Warranty Information

All repairs/replacement for faulty goods are carried out by the manufacturer and not by My RV Parts. We will do everything we can to get your items back to the supplier/manufacturer for assessment and keep you updated along the way. 

Order cancellation

If we are notified before the goods have been dispatched we can accommodate cancellations. If items have already been sent we reserve the right to refuse the order cancellation.  

Refunds and Returns

We will gladly exchange or refund any product under the following conditions;

  • All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of your purchase;
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required with all returned items;
  • All items must be returned in original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact
  • No returns on sale items;
